你还记得小时候吃油渣吗
油渣一般用猪板油和肥膘肉炼制而成,炼出的荤油炒菜拌米饭,油渣做包子饺子馅或者炒菜烧汤的时候放一些,香而不腻!我最喜欢那油渣了,炼制老一些吃起来嘎嘣脆,稍微嫩点外酥里嫩,一口下去满口留香还流油
炼制时需要注意火候掌握好时间,不能太老太干,不然影响口感,出锅撒一些盐,利于保存吃起来也更香。
吃不完的油渣可以剁碎,蒸饺,包子,炒菜等,香而不腻,别提多美味了- ()
记得小时候,每次炼制油渣时,不等晾凉就迫不及待地用筷子夹一块放入嘴中,猴急♂好吃的样子也不考虑烫不烫嘴了
